We have compiled a list of our Frequently Asked Questions to give you some insight into us, our build process and any construction before you begin.

Once you have made contact with us, a member of our team will arrange a convenient time to come and visit and talk through your requirements. We will provide a written fixed price quotation. If the quotation is agreeable we will then come back to discuss full details and provide start dates and timelines for your project.
Yes, all documents will be brought forward to contract, the contracts are in place to protect both parties, ensuring everyone agrees on all works and pricing. We are a honest, trust worthy building company that will carry out exactly what we say we will and that you the client can relax with this in mind.
Yes. The vast majority of our jobs include us sourcing all materials, handling all personnel and ensuring the project is completed to the highest standard. This is inclusive in our service. Our experience has shown that customers who attempt to project manage multiple tradesman and sourcing materials themselves more often than not turns into a false economy with no savings and increased overall costs. You will have a much better experience contracting a company to complete your project from start to finish.
This will depend entirely on the scope of the project, however the estimated length of build time will be stated within your contract and our client portal allows you to view your individual project schedule so that you can watch your home tracking along.
Unlike larger building companies, our company’s directors are involved in each project. We are committed to limiting the number of projects we do each year so that we can complete them to our exacting standards, and give our clients the peace-of-mind that we will deliver great results. With larger companies, you run the risk of having multiple (and ever-changing) project managers leaving you with communication issues and a less than productive experience.
